General refund request

Donors may request a refund within 30 days of making the donation. This is designed to protect donors from mistakes, impulse decisions, or misunderstandings about the use of funds. To request a refund within this window, please reach out to our support team with your donation details, including the transaction ID, date, and the name of the campaign.

Fraudulent transactions

In the case of fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of your payment method, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, we will cooperate fully in any related investigations and refund any donations confirmed to be fraudulent.

Please note that all refund requests should be made via email to our customer support team. The refund process may take up to 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.
