Concerns for someone’s safety

There is nothing wrong with taking care of your mental health and asking for help. A mental health crisis often means you no longer feel able to cope, and that’s fine. If you feel you are at immediate risk of harming yourself, or someone else, there are people willing to support you. You might need to try a few options before you find appropriate support, but don’t give up trying – there is help available.
